The challenge
Zenware builds and supports business technology infrastructure: networks, servers, backup and security. Its clients compare several suppliers before making a decision. The existing website made visitors call just to understand whether Zenware was a consultant, integrator or distributor. Its recognizable cloud symbol still worked, but the execution looked dated beside the manufacturers it represented.

Objectives
- Explain what Zenware does and who it serves within ten seconds.
- Show the credibility the team had already earned.
- Give the team an editable website they could maintain themselves.
The solution
I organized the site around the solutions customers look for, using their language rather than internal service categories. Partner brands and team figures moved higher on the page, where they answer the questions a buyer asks first.
The identity received a careful refresh rather than a full rebrand. I kept the familiar cloud, strengthened the wordmark, balanced the visual weight and increased contrast. The updated system extends to stationery, email signatures and social templates. The website is structured so the team can update solutions and partners without relying on a designer.
